心潜是全球首个专注于自闭症潜水领域的公益组织。项目于2016年7月发起,秉承着“以潜水链接你我,在融合中不断成长”的服务使命,将融合教育的理念嵌入到水下治疗的体系中。我们以“全心共融,专业奉献、开发潜能”为宗旨,希望通过治疗,让学员舒缓情绪、开发潜能、树立自信、进而融入社会、实现自我。心潜倡导用潜水这一轻松、安静的运动方式为自闭症治疗注入新的动力。

截止目前,心潜已为9名自闭症患者提供服务,进行了2次潜水训练营,在广州、美国加拿大、香港、澳门设立分部。在未来,我们将不忘初心,积极推动课程研究,同时不断努力,更多自闭症患者和家庭能够参与其中,得到改善。

岑泽荣,自闭症潜水项目联合创始人及实践主力,分部负责人。新晋水肺潜水教练,自闭症群体关注者。在广州、澳门、帕劳等地积极参与融合活动,并在美国成立分部、组织募捐活动、积极宣传。展现新一代潜水者对于公益的影响力。

陈良宝,1967年出生。目前是全国潜水专业委员会专家成员。自闭症潜水项目的发起人及负责人之一。坚信潜水能让自闭症患者放松,得到改善。于2016年提出设想,并在八月份开始项目。

肖毅俊,毕业于广东海洋大学 ,就读社会体育指导与管理专业,由2016年开始参与潜水治疗自闭症儿童计划。让我最难忘的事,潜水课程下课后,当我正在机房收拾整理装备时,学员余升突然走了进来,并剥开他手中的巧克力,和我说“肖教练,吃巧克力”,我说:“教练在忙,你吃吧”,学员余升还是坚持说让我吃,看我手脏,并主动靠上来喂我吃,连续两粒。炎热的天,和酷热的机房,学员淋漓大汗的拿着早已融化了的巧克力走向我。 此时我的心和巧克力一样,早已被余升感动化了。和这群星星的孩子接触后才发现,其实他们是非常可爱的。相信一句话:帮助别人,让别人快乐,反倒自己也会很快乐。

​安全与爱是重中之重

DFH理解,特殊需要儿童的游泳和潜水教学与普通小孩的教学截然不同。 这就是为什么我们的教师要广泛关心照顾每一个孩子的个人需要,展现出耐心和理解的方式。

 

潜水不同在于,它不是机械的重复和高强度的练习,在追求更快、更高的社会,它告诉我们放松也最好的状态,在潜水中获得生命伊始的爱和安全感。

从触觉上看:因为全身被水包围,触觉上的改变让学员的肢体变得放松,在此状态下大脑和身体相互协调,慢慢达到感觉统合。从视觉上看,面镜让学员的视线更为集中,同时拥有很好的视觉效果,出海训练中斑斓的景象让学员感觉到极大的感官享受。从听觉上说,置入水中,只听见气泡和自己呼吸的声音,就像婴儿在子宫中的嘈杂声,均匀平缓的声音具有相当的治疗作用,能有效舒缓压力、安抚情绪。
